"I really liked being able to request an appointment on their website. I filled that out last night requesting service this morning and got a call about 7:45 AM. The technician (Howard) showed up about an hour later and used a power pipe snake at the kitchen sink cleanout (outside). He cleared the blockage that was about 65 feet down the line (no wonder my little 25" manual snake didn't work). The whole service took about 25 minutes. He was polite and professional and did not make a mess at all. I would like to have paid less, but I really can't complain about the price considering time and equipment and they have to make a living!"
