To which I say, and quot;yes, I know, they said they were ordering a window, do you have it?and quot; Somewhere the communication got mixed up and the window was never ordered. At that point, I was so frustrated I told them to leave and that I would find someone else to fix the window. <br /> Also, the person who answers the phone, Crystal, seems annoyed whenever you call. She uses text to communicate and I find that unprofessional. <br />"

"Everything that Marc has done has been topnotch quality. Marc has been great. He has a lot of business and a lot of people like him and it's very difficult to get him to do work for me but whenever I can, he's the person I get whenever he's available. He's completely honest. He will tell you absolutely directly, straightforward, right upfront what everything is going to be, what it's going to cost and what it's going to look like. He follows up with his workers everyday. He has done two or three homes for me. I bought a house about a month and a half ago. He started working on it three weeks ago. I have not even been there to look at it. I just don't worry about it. I know he's going do a good job. I know he's going be fair and honest with me. He's not the cheapest around but he is the best. You get what you pay for."

"I needed to alleviate some low level water build-up during hard or extended rains.  Todor had installed gutters on the east and west sides of my house at the same time that they installed vinyl siding on my house in 2005.  I called Pat Todor on Monday morning.  He came by for an estimate at 2pm that afternoon.  The job was finished on Thursday morning.  Quick, excellent work.  Within 4 weeks, Hurricane Isaac dumped a load of rain on us for two days.  No problems with the gutters, old or new. <br /> In 2005, when we had the vinyl siding installed, Todor also replaced eight double paned windows for us.  No problems. <br /> The vinyl siding looks great.  It runs vertically and looks beautiful.  If you didn't know it was vinyl, you couldn't tell.  Easy to clean and really helps keep our electrical bill down. <br />"
