My deck was scheduled for staining at the end of the week but had structural damage that needed repair. From the moment I spoke to Linda the office manager, I was hopeful as she set the tone of the company and pleasantly gave me a brief outline of the process of getting an estimation. Within a day, Doug, one of the owners, was at my home evaluating the deck. I was impressed when he pointed out a few areas that needed to be corrected (that I didn’t recognize) and offered some solid suggestions.
