"I contacted TW King on Monday, December 15th, hoping to have this and the cleaning done to the carpet before the end of the year. They scheduled me for the following day, upon completion of another job in our area. They called to let me know they were running a little behind their original time estimate, but Tracy and Tom (owners) arrived promptly at the adjusted time they gave me. I showed them some large areas of carpet in the finished basement that were water damaged; one was as old as 10 years, where upon drying, the carpet no longer stretched to the tackstrip under the molding. Another was the result of a reoccurrance of an old pipe leak from the ceiling in the middle of a large room, as well as a hallway. We also had some areas around the basement stairs where the carpet was starting to come up. They recommended stretching all of the water affected areas before cleaning so the carpet would be tight when cleaned and not leave wrinkles upon drying. They drilled in all of the tackstrips and restretched the carpet in 4 areas (a 20X20 family room, a 12X15 bedroom, a 13X6 hall way and the area in front of the stairs). They moved all of the furniture in both rooms (including a sofa bed, treadmill and a piano) and then vacuumed and moved everything back carefully to its original position. I also asked them to take a piece of the remnant of a karistan runner for our main staircase on the first floor and replace the lower 4 steps, which were beginning to show a lot of wear. It was seamless-even though the new piece is slightly darker, it is hardly noticeable because of how well it was installed to fit the design!I couldn't be more pleased with the result and the price. They took carpet that still had a lot of wear and made it seem new again."

He knocked out almost 1000sq ft of carpeting between 4 rooms and 2 closets in under 6 hrs. My wife and I were very impressed and would recommend him to anyone. "Andy Shoemaker did a great job. The original quote was $200, but the job took slightly less time than anticipated. The window sill looks great. As an added bonus, he removed the torn carpet and chewed-up pad, and adjusted the hinges on my double-door linen closet since they were not hanging straight (the doors were colliding, making it difficult to close them). Andy returned my call promptly, showed up on time to offer an estimate, set an appointment and returned to complete the work at the time and date scheduled. And he's very personable. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again."

"The original Master Bath had a drop ceiling over the shower, no vent and a bump out in the shower wall. We wanted the wall and ceiling straightened and the entire area covered in good Italian tile. Since the area is so small we wanted to reduce the visual clutter. We went with a nearly frameless glass Preceria shower wall and door. We chose a customized Kraftmaid cabinet, Hans Grohe and Delta fixtures. Shower wall/door and tile came from Allen Clay Tile. Along one side we had him install three matching Robern medicine cabinets with internal mirrors. Tom installed heating mats under the floor. The final result is very good. We've waited a few months to file this report to see how it was to live in. It's great! Our laundry area was off our attached garage. It was usually cold or hot and always inconvenient. The stair off that room and made a right turn to the basement. It was difficult to move things on the stair and the headroom on the stair was very very low. Tom and his guys punched through a closet wall in a windowless downstairs office installed a straight stair. Much better. Then they converted that room to our laundry. They moved gas pipes, water lines, etc. Tom brought in subcontractors and specialists as needed. The carpenter, plumber, electrician and tile men were all great to work with and professional. Tom did a great job of keeping us informed of what was going to happen when. He prodded us (gently) and the suppliers to keep things on schedule. We added a few odds and ends as the job went along (gas fireplace, downstairs bath vent, new sump pump), but Frazee was up front about their cost and didn't use them as windfall margin opportunities. He was patient and understanding when we were put off by the cost of cabinetry and offered an alternative that saved us money and gave us the quality and look we wanted. We've always heard horror stories of contractors starting a job and disappearing for weeks or finding reasons why the cost had to increase. We had none of that from Tom. He both work from home offices so we were around a lot. He and his guys were great to have around. We heartily recommend him and his team.
This is an update nearly 5 years later. These changes made a wonderful improvement to our home. They have worn very well and show no signs of aging. Good crew, great work."

"Set a date and time for service ( actually it was a wet and raining cold day) and I really did not expect service on such a ugly day but DJ was there  and on time and did all work as expected. DJ explained everything to my husband and there were no surprises.

Any question I had for Rob ( the owner) he was easy to reach or returned calls or texts promptly.
I would highly recommend the company to others and I have.

"I had removed carpet from this area which left residue on the old vinyl. The two men who came moved the refrigerator to another room, scraped off the residue from the old vinyl, and put down two coats of a sealant to prepare the surface. They installed the new vinyl. They painted and then installed quarter round at all appropriate edges. They installed metal edging at three doorways to make a smooth transition from vinyl to carpet. They moved the refrigerator back to its place. The men who did the work were polite and cleaned up thoroughly. They came 30 minutes early and worked steadily to enable me to leave on time for an evening engagement."

"The results were decent, but I can't say they were better than that.  No specific or grievous complaints.  The carpet was good, but past cleanings have left it in better shape, even taking into consideration additional age for this latest cleaning.
