When I noticed that ice had formed on the PVB. I called Gil and informed him of the problem. He came out the next day and took the time to show me the step that I missed to fully shut off the water. Gil then proceeded to shut the water off and to remove the damaged breaker. He returned on March 21 when the weather was warmer and installed a new Wilkins 720A Pressure Vacuum Breaker (PVB) and he also registered the new PVB with the Indianapolis Water Company."
