Once we agreed on a price and a time, he promptly provided everything I needed to get an HOA permit, and followed up as soon as I got it to set a date. His crew showed up on time, in good shape, and ready to tackle the job - with Terry there every day to supervise and guide them as needed. They were all very respectful and accommodating of our questions and thoughts as the work progressed.
