"My husband and I highly recommend Steve. He is courteous, hard-working, reliable, dependable and true to his word. He took the time to sit with us and walk us through the entire process step by step to make sure we knew exactly what the sunroom would look like and what was included in the price. He provided us with a very detailed plan and estimate along with a price that significantly undercut his competitors. Steve cuts the cost by eliminating the middle guy as he is the owner, salesperson and the guy who does the work. He provided us with references and contacted another customer to get permission for us to see their sunroom and Steve's work. "We had a shed pad installed for our new shed. Bob really worked to make sure we understood the different types of pads we could get as well as the ground leveling process. He was the only contractor we talked to that put the pad in the ground (excavating some dirt) so that it didn't just sit on top. As an added bonus, he swiped away a patch of really thick ivy that we've been struggling with. When scheduling the pad, he did delay the installation due to weather issues, showing real concern that if we didn't delay at least a day, the installation would be less than the professional level he likes to leave with. I left for the morning to go to work and when I came home, the pad was ready for a shed.

"Gino was excellent to work with. Unlike other construction companies we had called for estimates, Gino returned my calls quickly and always arrived at our home when he said that he would. He answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond by completing some tasks that he did not charge us for. He continually kept us informed regarding the status of the work on our home and updated us as to additional things that needed to be done (i.e., the roof was old and we ended up having to replace most of the plywood).
Additionally, the job was completed in 2 days, which was faster than the one week estimate that he had originally given!
