The two project managers are the best I have seen in the home improvement industry. They listened to all of my concerns and addressed the details of this project in an outstanding manner. They made sure all additional materials were delivered immediately so there was no holdups in the work progress. Both of their attitudes were outstanding. I was also very impressed with the actual crew who preformed the install. They are true craftsmen. I personally have knowledge of what goes into a roof installation and this work is the best I have seen. From wood replacement to removal and replacement of five existing roof windows the work was excellent. The new windows were properly taped and flashing installed per the manufacturer specifications. New ice guard, underlayment and drip edge were also installed perfectly. Finally the roof was shingled with Owenâ s Corning Duration product. From the drone photos this is one beautiful roof. My wife and I could not be happier. Thanks to all of the Home Genius Team. Job well done. Five Star Rating!!"

"Everything went very well and the work was quickly completed.  Mr. Henderson was able to get started on the work within a week after giving us his quote and completed the work in about a week.  He removed the damaged drywall and fit a replacement piece back into the area, sanded it even and then repainted the ceiling and the walls near the corner of the ceiling.  The work was done extremely well and it is hard to even tell where the damage was/where the repair area is located.  We are extremely pleased with the work.

The crew did a great job making sure everything was cleaned up on a daily basis and at the end of the job. That was very important to us having two children that run around outside. "We are pleased with the products we received BUT the road from start to finish was long and frustrating. Signed contract 6/11/17, installation was 8/14/17 no biggie except we were told 30 days not 60 and we had to make few calls to press for the date we got. The installer cracked a window during installation. Again no biggie,sh*t happens. The "rush" on the replacement window took several follow up calls to get an another installation date of 9/29/17. My husband takes off, two guys show up without the window and said they thought they were doing a service call. My less then professional conversation with John the manager led to another appointment for the next day. The guy shows up, replaces the window but doesn't have the "j" channel to complete the job. Two days later I get a call to reschedule yet another appointment 2 weeks out and that I had to be home. The rep had no idea the last piece of the work only required outside access and even when I explained he still insisted I needed to be home. One last conversation with the acting manager (I was told John was on vacation) and we were scheduled for the following week which was 10/9/17. The job was completed that day and I was left with pieces of "j" channel in the flower bed. The other criticism would be the length of time spent on hold with customer service; with all the calls I had to make I was NEVER able to complete an entire call on my 15 min. break."

"Rep showed up early which was good. But after 3 hour dog and pony show that I had to call an end to. Initially I told the company was looking for siding first, patio door next and if $ left over or package deal replace windows. When rep showed up, first thing I said was my priorities (siding, door, windows). 2 hours into presentation - we really don't do siding we have a "sister" company that if you do the windows/door you will get a customer discount. He wanted to sell me windows/door, completely missed point re: siding and when I kept bringing that up, back to the windows. Then when I finally wanted an estimate, wrote some figures on folded piece of paper which he took with him. 24 hours later still haven't received any written estimates."
