RSanford Services returned our call quickly and confirmed an appointment. They were on time. Randy the owner came with a team, ready to just give us an estimate. Randy was patient with us, gave us an easy to understand explanation of the situation and gave us the estimate. It was better than expected. The job wasn’t easy, but the team got right to work, keeping us informed along the way. The home was built in 1994. Who ever did the piping used zip ties to hold this main pipe off the ground and at the appropriate angle. Due to a backup, the ties snapped, blocking the line. Randy and his men, cleaned up under the house, secured the pipe, back flushed the system and fixed the main section with a more efficient and stable system. They cleaned up professionally, were courteous and we would recommend them highly."

"The gentlemen from Pipeworx by Minx were at our home 2 days - Tuesday 4/24 and Thursday 4/26. They re-routed gas lines for our gas stove and gas fireplaces, moved our dishwasher, installed a sink drain flange, installed the sink and counters, and a new faucet.
