"Buffalo’s Best Roofing review by Mary Corio On Monday, October 20th, 2025 – I was abruptly awoken to the pinging of water drops bouncing off the pots and pans in my living room. They were there for issues I had been having when it rained, and on this particular morning, I hadn’t seen it was raining – but I heard! I thought someone was breaking in, but it was the **** roof again!! Raining in my living room – not good! I was crying as much as it was dripping! I was getting more and more frustrated, had many people coming to help and give me prices, but as the old saying goes: “Action speaks louder than words”, and they just never really followed through or showed up. I was desperate. It just so happened, by some random stroke of luck, I had scheduled an appointment that very morning with Joe White, salesman for Buffalo’s Best. I was simply curious about them. Joe came in to see exactly what and where my issue was and knew it needed to be fixed sooner than later. Everyone told me to get more estimates on the job, but I felt Joe’s price was fair for what I needed and the reviews I read were encouraging. Joe gave me hope and I trusted him, and so I said “Let’s please just Git-R-Done” …. On Monday, October 27th, an amazing ‘team’ showed up, under the supervision of Domenic D’Angelo, and worked diligently from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. I needed a complete roof tear off and reinstallation. I was certain there was no way it could be done so quickly, but it was almost like magic! By dinner time, I had a beautiful new roof, everything was cleaned up and put back nicely, and to anyone who wasn’t around on my street that day – they would never have known so much activity had taken place here. I was and still am in awe! The peace of mind alone is priceless. I cannot put a price tag on the feeling of security, after decades upon decades, that my roof is intact and leaks are a thing of the past, at least for the duration of my lifetime. I have a warranty transferable when I sell my house, and the assurance that if there are any problems whatsoever, Buffalo’s Best Roofing will come to my aid and assistance immediately. It’s not like doing business with a business, it’s like making a new friend who I can trust and build a lasting relationship with. It all started with a new roof! I’m so appreciative to Buffalo’s Best Roofing that I’m definitely going to get prices for new windows and doors come spring. Why not? Any company that treats their customers with such dignity and respect – from the office staff to the field laborers – has my repeated business. Was on the phone when he arrived and continued talking on the phone even after I answered the door and came outside. $300 to snap vinyl siding back into place - which I have now been told by multiple people/other companies was extremely overpriced. Fixed a loose area of flashing above the garage as well. When that piece blew off 2 weeks later and I called him again he told me that part was done only out of courtesy."

"The installation started great and ended better! Professional and courteous workers including the owner Matt. They showed up timely and on continuous days. We did not have any mess or noise complaints from the neighbors.

All siding that was removed was carefully replaced.

All mess was cleaned up before leaving.

One small problem was some adhesive that was spilled on a relatively new cement driveway. When notified, Bauers had someone scrub the area with a special detergent.

"Kris and his guys were here last week for a roof repair. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and the outdoor area was left clean and intact. One thing that stood out was they shared the type of workplace camaraderie that creates a happy crew...happy crews can be hard to come by and this can only happen with a good leader. "Tom & his crew did an outstanding job! They were very professional, personable, courteous and efficient. When I first contacted him, he came out promptly, discussed the job in detail and quoted a very reasonable price. Once the work commenced, the roof was replaced in one day except for an hour of follow up the following morning. My wife and I were extremely pleased and also planned on having him replace a roof on our rental property at a later date. When the job was completed, Tom suggested that we replace the gutters and also added that they don't do gutter work. I agreed with Tom and contacted another contractor to replace my gutters. When the gutter contractor started their work, they pointed out a potential problem and suggested I discuss it with the roofer before they continue the job. Once done, they would come back and complete the gutters. I agreed and contacted Tom. Over the course of over two weeks Tom & I sporadically exchanged phone calls. He explained that he was busy which is completely understandable and that he would get back to me and check out the problem. He did not return phone calls as promised nor did he take the time to check out the potential problem. Therefore, we had the gutters completed without his input. Since we were so pleased with the roof installation this was a disappointment to us. Despite this, I would use Storm Roofing again and I will continue to recommend them. I'm just sorry he couldn't take a half hour out of his time and check out a possible problem for us."

"Anthony was absolutely amazing from WNY Roofing. His professionalism could not be out done. He was very responsive, professional and helpful throughout the process. He was extremely flexible in his scheduling to have my roof completed. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a roof repaired, or replaced, as he is very reasonable and his company did a fantastic job on ripping off the 2 layers I had on, as well as replacing some wood planks that were damaged and putting the new roof on. He also fixed an area around my chimney that had not been roofed properly by the company that had put my roof on several years back, and at no additional cost. It looks great and their cleanup afterwards was meticulous, as well as the steps they took to protect my landscaping during the process. As a side note I wanted to mention, I had elected not to replace my gutters at the time and they mistakenly dented one area of the gutter, but replaced the entire section without any questions asked and were very professional throughout the process. As good of a job as they did on the roof, I need to also recommend Anthony highly due the assistance he provided in his suggestion when I was having difficulty with my Insurance Company. My Insurance company would not approve replacing my roof, even after 3 different roofing companies had said the entire roof needed to be replaced. They only wanted to approve one small area after I had fought with them over the issue for several months. I wish I had gone to Anthony first, as he not only was always very professional and timely with the job that his company performed, he also provided me critical assistance and a recommendation, that even though it took time, resulted in the Insurance company being forced to pay for the entire roof replacement. His suggestion was key in getting this approved and I highly recommend asking him about it if you have difficulty with your insurance company. This is the one company I will recommend from now on, for any roofing needs you may have. Thank you so much Anthony!"
