"Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.

They were punctual and professional, did the job thoroughly and even added complimentary services (free gutter cleaning and removal of branches of trees growing over the roof that would allow squirrels access). The price was fair and competitive. We had used Wildlife Evictors on our previous home and was so satisfied with the service and workmanship that we used them on our next home. They even include a transferrable warranty so if you sell your home, the warranty will cover the buyers for the remaining time on the warranty. You can renew the warranty for a very reasonable cost, as well. Shinya backs up his workmanship and is readily available for questions or concerns. Other companies weren't willing to get involved, but Pro Roofing has people who specialize in this sort of thing. They knew how to deal with the insurance company to get them to approve funds towards the repair and then to fight their original estimate to get us more. If you have roof work that involves dealing with an insurance company, these are the folks to use. The new roof they installed looks great. It makes the house look significantly better and well maintained. Could not recommend more."

"I cannot say enough good things about Milton and the crew at Peachtree. We noticed a leak from our roof on a Saturday morning. By Saturday afternoon, Milton had come to the house, taken photos, inspected the leak, and had us on a path to repair. By the following Monday, the roof was patched--at no up front cost to us-- and Nick, the adjuster, was taking care of scheduling with USAA for the insurance inspection. The rest of the process went smoothly as everything was handled by the Peachtree crew. I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company at all, though we were kept in the loop and we saw all the inspection reports. Peachtree advocated for our whole roof to be replaced as repair would have been inadequate. They also upgraded some hardware items (pipe boots) at no charge as our original ones had also led to damage inside the house. Speaking of that, Nick was able to have the inside damage caused by the boots repaired and paid for as well even though we hadn’t noticed it initially. Both exterior and interior repairs were carried out on schedule and we are pleased with the results. Milton was onsite during both days of the roof job to answer questions and oversee the progress. I would highly recommend Milton and his team. I am pleased with how easy the process was on my side and our house looks great."
