He gave me a written estimate and explained everything to us. The day of the service he covered my existing driveway to keep the mud off of my drive way. "Adam was on time, professional, collaborative, flexible, polite and friendly during 3 planning visits, and brought John to the site to confirm the details for a planned drainage line so everything was included in the estimate, and was documented in the proposed scope of work to add a 680 sf driveway extension, cap off some existing irrigation lines in the work area, and install a +/- 140 lf drainage line under the work area. Both worked with us to schedule the work around a family vacation. The team, led by John, arrived on time on the day of the work, and went right to work. They were friendly, efficient, confined the work to the work area, and cleaned up after themselves. Fives across the board for all of that! The four rating is because we paid extra for 4,000 psi concrete, the installation of wire mesh reinforcement, and the drain line. They only used 3,500 psi concrete, and though they installed wire mesh, the materials seemed like leftover pieces from another job, which is fine, but the installation didn’t seem like a custom fit for our job. We also had some leakage in the irrigation, which ended up under the slab, and we had to bring our own irrigation guy in to replace the entire zone, and we also had to come up with our own solution for the end of the drain line. Bottom line - we got a good and useful result, at a competitive price, and we’re very pleased with the outcome, it’s just not quite exactly what we set out to accomplish."
