Get matched with top traditional tile roofing installers and replacers in Locust, NC

"They did a great job! My roof looks great! Reliable and kept me well informed about everything. They kept cost in mind and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. I canâ t say enough good things about them!"

"One guy came in a Van; he had everything in it including generator and water. Very good guy and spent about 4 hours cleaning. Overall I would recommend them, it's convenient that the come to your place and overall a decent job. But if you want a very through detailed (where they take out seats etc); I think the traditional detailers (though expensive) are still way to go than mobile detailers."

"After the repair was done I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling where one of the roof vents were replaced. I called the Subcontractor Brian on a Saturday morning. The weather was cold and raining. He was at my house within the hour up on the roof and fixed the leak. I havent had any leaks since. I would hire Brain the Subcontractor again."

"More drama certainly than I'd hoped or intended with this transaction:
- Took a fair bit of effort to communicate, coordinate, and see the project through
- Weather-Tite asserted that the roof had hail damage, necessitating engagement of insurance assessor who (maybe unsurprisingly) disagreed; ultimately no action was taken based on the differing assessments of this unplanned issue
- When work was ultimately performed, there was an incident wherein a caulk gun was dropped off the roof and onto our car's windshield and hood, necessitating windshield replacement and body work
- On the latter, Weather-Tite immediately took responsibility and did pay for this, but again payment receipt took some prodding and reminding before it was finally received

"Met with Mr. Plageman in my home after he inspected roof and provided a cost estimate to replace roof. He was very nice and professional. He was very knowledgeable and his price was right in line with what I had determined through research the price should be. He told me when the job could be scheduled and said it would be done in one day -- and the site would be completely clean when they left. He was true to his word. His crew arrived very early, worked all day and completed the job including cleanup by the time I returned home from work. Had no problems following the installation. I would definitely recommend Premiere Exteriors -- I was completely satisfied.

"Greg Luebee Did a wonderful Job on the Roof replacement I would highly recommend ! Great professionalism, Great Attitude and Great roof replacement Thank you!!"

"Mike did a great job on my roof. The initial consult was thorough and straight forward. Unlike some of the other competitors who tried to upsell me on unneeded services, Mike offered me options and recommendations well within my budget. He offered me a fair price which came in at less than anyone else by several hundred dollars sent me pictures of the progress along the way. The crew Mike brought with him were respectful and professional. I had zero issue with this company and would absolutely use them again. Before you consider using an overprized franchise company, give Mike at MS Roofing a call."

"The folks at Ace did a good job on their quote and there were no changes to their estimate. This was the original roof we were replacing and I knew there were issues with it before Ace came to look at it. I work in project management and had managed commercial roof replacements, so I had a basic understanding of what needed to be done. They did a good job of identifying problem areas and took time to show me what the issues were. I thought they did a very good job on the installation. They were quick and I spent time watching them work. They were prompt on their start times and once I committed to them, they responded quickly. They showed up in a matter of days. They cleaned up the yard and we walked the job down and they made sure I was happy with their work. Excellent quality materials and workmanship. Very pleased."
