When we had a unknown leak causing water to drip from the basement ceiling, he made himself available to check it out. Everything he does is done beautifully and he cleans up everything afterward. When larger jobs require other trades, he schedules them at the same time to complete the whole job so you don't have to be stuck with a hole somewhere or an unusable shower until you can get a contractor to finish the job. "Mark came and saved the day today. My bathroom sink and tub were not draining - when I ran the bathroom sink, water started flowing up from the drain in the bath tub. I had no idea what to expect, but expected the worst. Earlier, I had a Big Name plumbing company come, they supposedly 'snaked' the tub drain, but within a minute was telling me the drain pipe was corroded, that it was completely blocked, and we would need to replace the pipe and it would be thousands. Thank goodness my gut told me to get another opinion - In comes Scala's Sewer & Drain Cleaning, and Mark came within a half hour. He came in, looked at the situation, and confidently said "I'll have that unclogged for you" - the stress lifted from our shoulders. Came out the next day to attempt to snake two clogged tubs on second floor of a side-by-side two family home, connected to one sewer line.. Clog was more severe than expected. Came back next day with partner to find pipe where they join but it was behind kitchen cabinet of both homes. I had a blockage in my sewer line and called a company that I usually use, they came out and power snaked the line but to no avail. They told me that they could come back and hydro-jet the line the next day (for an exorbitant amount) but that might not work.
