"My appointment was at 4:00 and they called me promptly at four and told me that they had an emergency and would be able to be at my house by 5:00. They arrived at 4:30 and were very professional. Since I do not have any experience with fireplaces, he showed me how to use it and told me what kind of wood to burn in it. I was very pleased with the service. He could have cleaned the chimney and charged me even though it didn't need done and I would have never known the difference. "Everything went great for this service call. Booked the appointment for a date/time that was convenient, and they offered a 2 hour window of time for the technician to arrive. They phoned the day before the appointment to confirm everything. Dean, the technician, arrived on site within the time window specified (they were on the early side of the time window, which was great). Dean did a very thorough job of inspecting and cleaning our fireplace, and was quite friendly and knowledgeable as well. He took care to make sure and tarp the area where he was working to protect the carpet and cleaned up and put everything back just as it was found. We will definitely use them again for future fireplace needs..."

The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. I had previously worked with another well reviewed roofing company on Angie's List that missed my scheduled appointment to examine my chimney flashing. So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job. This was a relatively modest project, but based on my experience, I hope to use Gunner Roofing when it comes time to redo my entire roof."

"I'm a 100% satisfied with my recent chimney rebuild. Owner, Tony, was very responsive to my initial service call. I found him to be very professional, explaining everything that needed to be done. He provided me with an estimate within 24 hours of his visit and did not even ask for a deposit. My chimney cap was a special order and a little delayed. Tony kept me advised every step of the way and did not expect full payment until the job was done. On the day of the repair, his crew arrived on time. They were polite, courteous and willing to answer any questions. They worked diligently, completing the task in approximately 8 hours. I did not see them leave the job site during that time period. When they finished, the construction debris was completely removed from the roof, gutters and yard. Except for the beautiful new chimney, it looked as though they were never here! I would definitely hire them again! I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of masonary services."

I inspected the existing steel chimney caps. They show some rust but are structurally sound.
