"They refinished our deck and within 6 to 8 months it was back the way it was. They came back out again this past summer. It's this summer and the deck again is looking like it did before they came out here. Now, in their defense, they used a product from Sherwin Williams that really didn't do the job. We had a new product put on by Deck Rescue and the Sherwin Williams Company didn't reimburse me or anything and the product that I used from them last year is now not working on the deck again. What I want to make sure that you understand is they used a product from Sherwin Williams. I didn't have any problem with their doing the work, it was the product they selected. Then they continued to use the product, and we continued to have the problem. So I want to make that clear in the terms that what they did was not wrong. What they did was fine, but they continued to use the Sherwin Williams products, and those have turned out to be quite frankly worthless. Price was fine. They were competitive. It didn't work. The first time they were responsive, the second time they weren't because they had to come back out for the deck again and I got re-charged for it. They were a little messy at a couple points."

"The company did a nice job - they were very prompt in returning my initial phone call, showed up to do the estimate when they said they would, answered all the questions I had on the quote, and they completed the job timely. They cost a tiny bit more than than the big name providers, but I think it the few extra bucks was worth it for the high quality service. I've used one of the big name providers before at a different house and the quality of the work was very poor compared to Crystal Kleen. I plan on using Crystal Kleen again for another project this spring."

"Trace was able to take my wish list and design a deck/patio that not only met my needs but exceeded my expectations. Due to the amount of sloping in my backyard we were not sure we'd be able to get the patio that I wanted. Trace was able to come up with a design to make that happen by building a deck and putting patio pavers on it, looks like a patio but really is a deck. I love it! They also installed a privacy fence on the end of the deck as well as some Landscaping to help give us additional privacy. Once everything got started they finished quickly without sacrificing quality. They also provided helpful advice for maintenance. We selected composite for the deck which turned out beautifully and had several options to choose from for the patio pavers. We were also given several options for the retaining wall blocks. Trace welcomes your input but at the same time is really great at designing something for you that will really be cohesive. We are in a tight neighborhood (houses very close together) but they were still able to get the job done, very happy with the results!"
