He wore shoe covers from the moment he walked in the house and he both removed them and replaced them as he went in and out. He kept me informed every step of the way about both what he was doing and the results he obtained. He pointed out one potential repair but there was no pressure involved. He told me exactly what it would cost for the repair and simply said I could contact him anytime if we decided to go ahead with it. He also suggested I replace a filter but said it would be more cost effective to do it myself if I was comfortable with that. Of course, he also said he could do the replacement if I preferred that. I was very impressed with Mark and his work, and I will gladly call him for furnace and/or air conditioner work in the future!

"It went well, except the fan runs non-stop and I had to call and schedule an appointment with a service charge to find out why (will find out next week). There was some scheduling and rescheduling, which was a little **** ** my work schedule, but it ended up working out in the end. I really liked the guys who did the hot water tank install. The tech who checked out my AC was really stressed and having a not so good day, I felt bad for him."
