"Great! I had another electrician and a handyman or two in to look at the problem I was having with the kitchenette blowing fuses left and right. Brian and his partner took an hour or two to really test out all the connections and in the end found a faulty set up and did the repair. I have had no problems at all since. "I called because my outdoor outlet stopped working. When the technician came, his obvious first move was to check whether the safety switch (a little button next to the outlet) had been triggered. It had, and there was nothing to be done besides reset it. When I messaged the person who was in charge that day that I wished I had known, he said there were other things it could have been. But on Christmas Eve, in the spirit, he might have suggested an old lady try first just pushing the button herself. He gave me a discount when I said I wished I had known."
