I wish I would have had these employees working for me back when I was a builder. Any fool can climb up on a roof and nail down shingles, but this construction crew was prompt to arrive on time, got to work immediately, and stripped and replaced twenty-three squares of shingles in one day while doing an outstanding job, with no flaws or defects that I could find. While the price was not cheap, it was reasonable for the work we contracted and the 50-year warranty on the roof. In my experience, when you hire out a job, there are three factors: cost, quality, and timeliness, and you get to pick which two you want. What we asked and paid for was top-quality materials and workmanship in a timely manner for a reasonable price, and that is what we received. If you are looking for something cheap, this is not the company for you. If you are looking for exceptional professionalism, top-of-the-line quality, at a reasonable price point, I strongly encourage you to give them a call. I suspect you will not be disappointed."

"When Adam came to inspect the roof, he came prepared and presented the GAF Timberline AS II, a Class 4 hail resistant shingle. It is the top of the line. He explained and showed samples of different levels of protection for different classes of shingles. I saw they where Certified by GAF as Master Elite installers. The installation of this shingle included the air circulation system/roof vents that will help keep the house cooler in the summer. Higher quality materials and protection under the shingles with Class 4 hail resistant shingles made this an easy choice. Included is the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty - 50 yrs of coverage/protection including materials and labor. Home Owners Insurance will now go down and that alone will pay for the upgrade over the previous shingle. A very efficient crew of installers worked almost non-stop to finish the roof in one day. Finishing touches were done the next day along with final clean-up. Yes, I RECOMMEND DABELLA FOR ANY ROOFING NEEDS. They are professionals. You get what you pay for, I think I got a little more!!"

"Had a bit of a communication problem after they submitted an estimate. It would appear that the office staff dropped the ball. The work was absolutely top notch. Explained my concerns about pressure washing the roof prior to the sealing (already had leaks) to the gentleman who came with the crew for the repair. He allayed my concerns and accomplished the pressure washing without so much as a drop of leakage down to the room. I was definitely impressed with that. He explained to me in great detail what they were going to do to complete the repair and the finished product looked neat and professional. Would definitely recommend them."

"Our only complaint about Metro Reconstruction was the length of time it took to start the job. However, it’s hard to fault a company whose popularity and good work actually created their wait list. Ben explained that several of his other stucco projects had hidden complications that delayed the start of our small job. But in the end, our patience was rewarded and we were very happy with the result. Here’s a brief recap. In late December 2015, six months after we signed the contract, Ben contacted us to let us know that our stucco repair was next in line. Our stucco was damaged from a rogue woodpecker and we were seeking a permanent (non-lethal) solution to the problem. In a just a week or so, Ben was at our house reviewing the job details and taking a stucco sample to match our color. Now all we had to do was wait for the weather to warm up and even that arrived right on cue. The work crew was efficient, professional and polite. Every evening they cleaned up the work site and kept the clutter to a minimum. Within a week the task was completely done and we are very glad that we waited."
