"The short story: I paid a 50% deposit and made an appointment. The tech didn't show and no one called. Then they charged my card for the other 50% without my authorization and without having done any work. Longer version: I was told that my 9am appointment was the tech's 1st of the day, and that I could expect him within the 1st hour of my 2 hr window. Near the end of the 2 hrs I reached out to the office and asked when I could expect him. They said they'd have him contact me. An hour later, having not heard back, I said if he's not here soon I'll have to reschedule. They said they would have him contact me. Forty minutes later, having heard nothing, I told the office we'd have to reschedule. They said they would have him contact me. No one called. One hour after that my credit was charged for the other half of the job without the card being present, and no work having been done. I did get a refund, but not easily. Don't chance it. "
