He did all the floor prep including new baseboard and moving furniture and appliances. He also did the floor in both bathrooms which required removing toilets and sink cabinets. One old toilet (1975 model) would not stop leaking at the tank gasket and proper parts are no longer available, so he removed the toilet again and installed a new one I went and bought.
