"From start to finish the majority of the interaction with power home remodeling was pleasant. William our salesperson was amazing and he taught us a lot about windows and insulation. We waited over 6 months for our front door but our windows were installed on time and we are pleased with them. We had a few hiccups along the way and communication could be improved upon but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. They did do everything within their power to rectify the fact that we had to wait so long for our door. FYI if you are getting windows replaced go with power home, the install went well and the installers cleaned up after themselves. If you are getting doors replaced and you need them right away you may need to shop around to see what the wait time is because you will have to wait awhile. However I will say that the door is of good quality and the installers that installed the door did a great job"

They were able to power wash and paint the exterior as well as replace our roof in a short window before we had a tenant move in. They even alerted us to things that needed to be repaired so we knew they wanted to be sure things were done right. We were out of town so they sent pictures and videos of the work being done to keep us in the loop. We will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone we know."
