With his honest phone diagnosis I was able to contact the power company prior to his on-site diagnosis and the issue was resolved by the power company. Robert followed up as promised and was prepared to keep our on-site appointment if needed. "Consumer beware!!! This electric company put a lien on my house for work that wasn't completed. They were well aware that the contractor was paid in full and he needed to be the one to pay them but they decided to put a lien on my property anyways instead of taking the contractor to court. The work done was poor quality and they used the wrong rated wires on an outdoor structure. They left our bathroom electrical hanging out of the wall and didn't even put outlet covers on the new outlets. We have been forced to obtain legal representation to get this sorted out, please save a massive headache and money by using any other electric company than dependable electric services."
