"ROOFING PROJECT STALLED YET AGAIN!!!! We signed a contract for our roofing project in March of this year with an anticipated start date of May 17th. After attempting to contact your company multiple times in the beginning of May and had heard nothing from our original sales rep and project manager. Contact was finally made at the May and we were told that materials would be delivered within the week and the project would start. We moved forward with removing some things from the roof that your company would not do. We did so, leaving our roof with multiple places for leaks. I did what I could to cover them with tarps but winds and rains eventually made it through and damaged the ceiling in our bathroom, and we had water coming from light fixtures in both the bathroom and our dining room. We have had very little communication with your company in Grand Junction. They delivered materials on May 30th. The materials sat in our yard for over 30 days. With no contact AGAIN! We FINALLY heard from someone on July 9th. They came on July 12th and stripped the roof. I had structural things to do that weekend and they left it open so I could do so. They returned Tuesday July 16th and â weatheredâ it in. The roofers started to put the wrong color shingles on the house and at that point discovered that they had received half of the wrong color shingles and half of the right colored shingles for the project. The inspector came on the 18th and could not do anything because there were no shingles on the roof. At some point they had the shipping company company come pick up the wrong colored ones and our project had stalled. My â project managerâ has no answers. She barely even communicates with us. The general manager here is a ghost and will not return calls or text messages. Absolutely the WORSE EXPERIENCE!! Meanwhile our roof is not fully weathered in and we have had yet again another rain storm. We are paying a premium price for a roofing project that has been shoddy at best. Our materials sat in the weather for over 30 days and your employees do not communicate with us at all. And this not to say anything about the coil wrap facia and gutters that are supposed to completed by your company as well. Truly disheartened by this whole experience and company. Very unacceptable. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!"

"The project started well, but on the final day, the contractors unexpectedly claimed they made a mistake and demanded an additional $8000, threatening legal action if not paid. I verified Colorado law, which states they had six months to place a lien on our property, requiring notification within three days of doing so, and by registered mail after the lien was placed. We took no action, avoiding reviews or contact. They have since blocked us from their website and emails. Ultimately, they never placed a lien, and the six-month period has passed. Now that everything is resolved, I want to leave a review. While I am satisfied with the project's outcome, I am unhappy with their conduct, including the legal threats and the last-minute demand for more money. His wife, not him, conducted the final walkthrough and provided the warranty and a statement confirming full payment. He even verbally admitted to putting our project on the "back burner" when I questioned the delay."
