"Did just what I needed - added a 240 V circuit to my existing subpanel using liquid waterproof conduit, done in 2 hours, reasonable quote for the work, two thumbs up, would hire again! They also noticed an existing outlet that was not properly sealed near the area they were working and sealed it up!"

"I worked with Ilan Sigura about 16 years ago for remodeling the house my wife and I purchased and for remodeling a rental property we own in the bay area. "We hired David and Prosper to do a gut renovation of our home in Portero Hill. We decided to hire them after interviewing six different contractors. From the initial phone call I had with Prosper Construction Development I knew these guys were different. He was the only contractor to ask that I forward the blueprints we had so that he could come to the meeting prepared. Our project ended up being more difficult than we originally had thought. Some walls we wanted to remove were structural and almost every wall had plumbing. Prosper Construction and their entire team handled each surprise like seasoned pros and these challenges did not stop their team from delivering the home we had envisioned. The scope of work included: gut kitchen renovation, 2 gut bathrooms, tiling, wood floors, painting throughout, removal of structural walls, addition of steel panel. Our renovation was completed over a month ago. I would not hesitate recommending them. At the end of the day they are really great people with a terrific team."
