"I found these company online and I hired them to replace all the existing windows and patio doors with new fiberglass (Milgard) Ultra windows and a double French door from them a few months ago for our renovation. They provided us with an awesome price for the windows and doors themselves and for the labor of the installation as well. The representative that I spoke to was very professional and he came over to my house on the time and day that was scheduled ahead of time via the office. The people that we were involved with (including the installers and the sales man), was definitely outstanding. We had a minor issues that accorded during install, and they provided awesome post-sale support as well. I recommended them to all my friends and family as a great company for any energy efficient products. They are fantastic. And have some Sunday hours, which is absolutely a great help. We purchased 2 additional exterior doors from them and this was an add on that we decided to do in the last minute and after the work was stated. We were sure that they won’t be able to do it during the same time… but they did it and it went so smooth and excellent. Should've gone to Landmark construction energy crew for those too. You can shop with confidence with them!"

"The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

"This is part two of a review for NRG Heating and Air Conditioning. The first evaluation was written as a complaint for a job completed but one that did not follow the all of the stipulations of the contract. This review is written to thank the individuals from NRG who took the first evaluation to heart and then dispatched a team to fix the areas of concern. I am delighted to report that the work completed today was done per the contract. Not only was the barrier wall built between the two condo units as originally promised, the attic was insulated with the additional blown in material, the old attic door sealed and caulked, pictures taken, and the area left clean and tidy. I am most grateful to the general manager, the quality control manager, as well as the insulators who made sure the job was finished per the original contract. NRG should be recognized as a company that not only took the time to read a customer service review but then acted, in a timely manner, to resolve the issues addressed in the complaint. "We had a quote of about $11,000 and we were told that if we paint it ourselves, she would reduce the price by $800 which is what happened. We painted it ourselves. They had an expensive work. Everything had to be done. They had to gut a cabinet which was installed in the wall. We had to completely put a new wall. They had to take out the old vanity, old mirror, old toilet, and they had to redo the floor. They did the floor, the walls, and they put a cabinet. The area with the vanity fit was so odd that they did a custom design and it was beautiful and magnificent. It was the color of mahogany, some wood with a granite top and they had paid attention to all of our details, all that we really wanted on our wish list. They did everything we asked for and they did it in a timely manner. It's a family-owned and operated business so we had a husband, a father and a son all working all of the heavy stuff. Karen would ordinarily does the painting but I did it. What they did was the wall was a real problem because there was a sticky wallpaper on it which had to be fold and sprayed and it was a total nightmare. What the husband did was he put some stuff on the walls and they get nice and smooth, to get rid of all the bumps and scratches and dents. That was much easier than putting drywall in. He did a prep job for me so it was easy to paint and he didn't charge me for that. We got new lights, new fan, and we had to have a new bifold door put on because the door took up the whole room. If you open the door, if you're sitting on the toilet it would bump your knees so it was a silly design. They came up with a very creative idea of using a bifold door and they installed us for us. They did a magnificent, professional job. It was wonderful doing business with them. They did with a great sense of humor and paid very careful attention to what we really wanted. I love doing business with them. When we're going to have our other bathroom done next year, I'll definitely going to call them. I would highly recommend them."

"They were an "A". The price was, I actually called around a couple different companies, so I'd give it an "A". The quality was a "B" because they had actually come out. There was a short one of the thing, the guy actually was just here today to fix it and the system wasn't running for about a month. Because of that, the only reason I noticed it is I have in the log on and see that the system didn't seem to be generating any energy. So, actually I have to call them to talk to them about that part of it. When we did have that problem, they were out here pretty quick. I have the system installed on my house so I would use them. I would recommend them to somebody else definitely."

"The shed was built from ground up. It's 8x10, there's a shelf that's goes from
one side to the other side. There is a 36in door with a lock and a dead bolt lock
which makes it very secure.

During our first meet he over heard me tell my husband that it would be nice if
there was a light in there just in case we have to go into the shed at night. 
Well to my surprise he installed a light that runs off of solar, the light came
with 3 settings. I love it and yes I have been in the shed at night.

He made me feel like he really aim to please and he listens to his customers. I
