"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. "They answered the phone and they gave me a next day appointment. I called 20 plumbers in the surrounding area, none could get me a same day or next day appointment. Our water was turned off due to a leak and Roney’s Plumbing was the only one to give me an appointment. They called before coming and arrived when expected. They found the problem quickly. Not sure of the price yet. They said they would send a bill."

All are submitted to random drug and alcohol testing, are covered by insurance and posses the skills to complete every job in a timely and professional manor. Our billing is different from job to job depending primarily on size of task, projected time and any specialty materials or craftsmanship. I am personally on each and every job to oversee every phase and maintain a helping hand and professional relationship with each customer and employee. We warranty every job no matter the size for a minimum of 3 years craftsmanship, average of 5 years on most, if material is produced by us or is custom worked we will warranty the product as well. We are certified from multiple manufacturers of products we sell and install. We also off the ability to purchase extended craftsmanship warranties. We offer discounts to current,retired, or disabled veterans. We also offer discounts and savings to law enforcement, peace officers and fire/emt. Just let our staff know and they will provide you with what's available for you. We are available 24 hours a day for emergency response. Same day service to any warranty calls. Estimates will be completed and given to you within 3 days. ALL work is inspected before completion is given and bill for final payment is sent.
