KITCHENS ONLY. We are a full service kitchen remodeling company. (We do not do baths or other remodeling work by themselves, only with a kitchen.) I have a General Contractor partner who I have worked with since 2017 who does all the construction services while I do the design (in 2D and 3D) and provide the cabinets and countertops, which must sourced from us. Designs and Estimates are free of charge! As of 04/25 we have completed 125 kitchens together as well as a number of other interior remodeling work, like bathrooms, paint, drywall, flooring, etc. We have a great process down! We are also experts in structural work like removing bearing walls (and building beams) removing soffits or false ceilings, building new walls, pantries, etc. We do most of our work with our own crew, so we maintain our quality of work and control costs. "I hired this company to build a new deck in the beginning of July. It is now the middle of September and my deck is still not finished. While the time frame is not completely their fault due to material delivery they wouldn’t show up for days at a time when material was available to work with. There were times they would show up and only stay for a couple hours. The whole process was a nightmare. Their lack of quality shows in all areas of the deck. I drafted the plans myself and they were approved by the building department. I provided them with copies of the plans. They messed up 4 of the 5 concrete piers because they measured them wrong. Instead of redoing them. They poured square pads over them that were only poured on the surface for three of them. One of the outside piers was supposed to be 10 inches. They messed up the measurement then poured a 16 inch pier over it that is approximately 1.5 ft above ground. They also cut a sprinkler line that went through the pier instead of pouring over it like I explained to them. I had to replace one piece of siding that met with the deck. I bought matching siding to replace it. The workers broke the siding while moving it. They bought new siding that was cheaper and did not match the existing siding. They additional broke off another small piece of siding that was not fixed. They left material all throughout my yard for weeks, leading to my grass dying and my sprinklers unable to work because they were covered up. Nails and screws were everywhere until I picked them up. The posts were cut short for the railing, so they nailed pieces of extensions on top of the posts. They messed up fastener spots for the rails leaving holes in the railing. They originally used screws for the framing. They had to be replaced with nails even telling them before they started nails had to be used and it was in the plans from the building department as well. They used facia board for the steps until I explained to them what the facia boards were for. Leading me to be short on facia boards for the rest of the deck. They also started the deck flooring using a facia board, realized the mistake and replaced. But at that point the facia board could not be used elsewhere as it was notched for posts. I bought flashing for the ledger that was never used. When I questioned them about it he stated the siding and ledger were already put on. The quality of work was below average at best. They cut corners and I found it very concerning I had to explain to them parts of building a deck."

"In hindsight, I believe we were charged anywhere from five to $8000 more than what we should’ve paid. We had a walk-in bathtub installed and while I like the bathtub, the overall cost was excessive. We prepped the bathroom and removed the old bathtub so they did not have to contend with any remodeling or removal of old construction. The plumbing itself did not have to be moved so the only thing they had to do was deliver and install the tub. I would recommend for anybody using this company to not succumb like I did to the pressure buy. If they’re going to install it, they should be able to give you a quote that they standby as you compare prices with other installation companies. After the installation was completed, we did all the backsplash tiling ourselves as well as decorative tiling around the base of the tub."
