"I have a granite counter top. The framework of our under counter mounted sink collapsed and the sink fell to the floor fully loaded with soapy water and dishes. The Shine Stone Tile experts came to our rescue. The enlarged the counter sink hole. Installed an over the counter sink. Reconnected and tested all of the plumbing pipes and hoses. Ran the garbage disposal and dishwasher to ensure that were no water leaks. Juan's team arrived at 6 pm because I was in a panic. They worked meticulously together to safely cut the counter top and covered the area and vacuumed the the cut dust steadily to keep particulates at a minimum... By10 pm the job was complete. Juan and his team did a beautiful job and my kitchen actually looks better than when it was originally remodeled. They also happen to have a slab of the matching stone for further work in the kitchen. Pricing was very competitive and worth every penny."

"Everyone was great to deal with and we got a reasonable price on a granite kit. countertop and a limestone master bath countertop. The help selecting stone was fantastic, the measurements were very hi-tech and the end result is beautiful. They only phase of the project that had a glitch was installation. The kit. had a bar with an 11" overhang. I was told it would be a good idea to get three support brackets that would be installed sunk into the plywood and under the granite so they would not show at all. The installer didn't seem to know about this and when I l asked about it it was too late. The installer told me there was nothing about it in the paperwork and I didn't need it anyway. It was in the contract and the head of sales told me the brackets were on the truck. Resolution is good. They took off the $300 I paid for the supports and are sending someone out tomorrow to install brackets I bought on Amazon. Separately - in the master bath, the installer did not drill the three holes for one of the faucets in a straight line. When I noticed it, he said they had used a ruler and it was straight, I must have been at an odd angle. The next day I looked at it with a steel rule in my hand. It was off and the factory agreed that my pic. showed that it was off. Good resolution - they sent someone out to slightly enlarge one side of one of the holes. This allowed the plumbing installers to locate the hardware exactly where it all needed to be all look great. It is a shame that such helpful and precision work through the whole process was almost ruined by a sloppy installation process."

"Courteous, professional and definite craftsman. If you want your kitchen countertops prepped and installed correctly you should contact J.T. Marble & Granite Designs. I have heard from friends that contractors left them in the lurch for months while sorting things out and waiting for other jobs to be completed. This was definitely not the case. Our entire job from the first phone call to finish was completed in less than three weeks (including our week long trip out of town) by this awesome team. These guys are probably not the cheapest, and if that is your priority please take into consideration the following. Change orders were handled without any drama and two punch list items (microwave installation and cabinet/drawer pulls) were both completed without additional cost. He cut a larger hole in an existing kitchen granite counter to accommodate a drop-in sink, and in the process he removed the under-mounted stone sink by cutting through several layers of supporting plywood. He brought telescoping poles to hold floor-ceiling plastic sheets in place to minimize the spread of dust. His pride of workmanship was obvious! The plumbers who came after him were able to install the new sink and hardware easily! We highly recommend Anthony for any project involving appliance installations in counters!"
