Then we will proceed with the work. Willing to come see the job and do the work the same day if we agree on a price. This will be weekend work.

Professionals from head to toe, they arrived the day of the estimate. They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done. I do not not anything about the middle, but floors came out fruitful. I never thought they could look like that. Amazing, I just love them so much now. We are in love with our wood floors, and thanks to this company we saved money and have the floor of our dreams. Forever grateful, happy customers."

"A team of two men over four days moved the furniture from each area, then cleaned, degreased and machine buffed each 12 x 12 inch tile and hand scrubbed the grout lines in each wing of the house.   Some areas of the grout had to be hand scrubbed a second time.  The grout had to be completely dry before it could be sealed so an additional day was needed. On the sixth day from the time the job was started, all of the floor was sealed; it quickly dried and the furniture replaced. The entire house floor was sealed.   We were told by Francisco Garcia, the business owner, that the sealing should last several years.  He provided us with a specific floor cleaning product  and told us to use a wet vacuum to suck up the water so as to avoid re-depositing dirty water into the grout. The tile and grout looks very nice.

"Mr.Fernandez did excellent work. He had to carry tiles, mud set and grout up a circular stairway and didn't charge extra for that. He leveled the patio so all areas would drain properly- no puddling. His price was very reasonable. Would definitely hire him again. A very conscientious person"

"             We called the company  (AAA Construction  Restoration Services) to repair a leak in our roof. John Walters responded immediately and made an appointment to come to our home the next day. He was on time , looked over the situation and gave us an estimate by text.!  We agreed and the very next morning , on time as promised, several men showed up and began working right away.  They were very hard working, no goofing around, and repaired the problem . They even painted an area where there was damage (which was not even in the estimate) They also cleaned up everything and hauled away any debris.
           Having previously dealt unhappily  with Miami construction companies, I was very happily surprised and pleased with all aspects of the way AAA dealt with me.  They were ON TIME,  EFFICIENT, REASONABLE and DID  A GREAT JOB.  I would recommend them  to anyone with a similar need

"I called Mr. Solis to see if he would and could remove a large wall mirror. He said he could and would be by at 4:00 the next day and look at the job. He arrived on time and looked over the job, quoted me a price. I agreed to the price and he said that he would be back at the same time the next day. He arrived on time the next day and took down the mirror. He protected my tile floor,cleaned up after he was done, and spent extra time at my house waiting for the layers of patch to dry before putting on the next coat. I received far more than I expected from my request. The original installer of the mirror would not even touch the project.
I own two houses and incharge of a third. I expect to keep Mr. Solis very busy.
