"It was an okay experience. It was an interesting process, because they wouldn't share a lot of the information after they provided the quote. We were comparing them to a couple other operations, and all of the other providers gave breakdowns for what the cost was for installations, versus the actual counter tops, versus fabrications and the whole 9 yards, and they all had it broken down. The Inspiration Concept sales person was like that is not how they do it, they give us a price, and that is what the price is. We sat and talked about the price, and he said he would give us a ball park figure, and they talked about $12000 to put in 87sq feet of counter tops in our house, and by the time we finished with them, it was down to $6000. It was an interesting process, and while we haven't done the project, we definitely wouldn't have moved forward with them, just based on how the whole sales process moved with them. They had a very nice show room, and their sales people were very informed, and worked magic with taking pictures with our house, and putting in different counter tops so we could see how the different colors would look, they put a very good presentation, but their process seemed a little different from everybody else, and that put us off."

Total time was 2 months from initial demolition of bathroom to kitchen finish. Seems reasonable based on extent of what we had done. "Once they have your money and have you sign a form you won't cancel you can't get ahold of them by phone or get them to call you back. They say granite will take one month. When I asked how thin their granite was and wanted it to be the thicker standard used by other companies they said it would have to be ordered. It took 3 months. I kept calling and got no response. I thought I had been scammed because they cashed the check the same day I wrote it. Poor quality granite was used in bathroom. Poorly cut granite by microwave. Carpet scraps were not hauled away."
