"Incredible experience all around. Very detailed in his work, kept me in the loop, respected me & answered all my questions. This project was porch railing repair & painting."

"

We recently purchased a 2nd home on Lake James with an exterior that is 100% cedar.  The exterior was in serious need of cleaning and re-staining.  It had not been maintained; and, had a significant amount of mold staining and several areas of the trim had the original finish peeling off.

We contracted with Mike and Crystal to prep and re-stain the exterior of our home.  Throughout the process, Mike demonstrated thoroughness, competency and responsibility.  Mike and Crystal took personal responsibility to ensure they delivered a quality product.  Mike kept his commitments and did not compromise his work product even when faced with the stripping process taking more time than he expected.  He completed the project per the schedule he committed.

Mike demonstrated a high attention to detail in the finishing process and ensured the project was completed to my satisfaction.  The home looks beautiful...we could not be happier.

I solicited bids from several paint contractors and evaluated several before selecting Mike.  His pricing was very competitive versus several other contractors; but, I never observed where Mike cut corners.

I would definitely recommend MIke's Painting and will plan to use Mike again when we have painting needs.

"He pressure washed it and then painted a stain on it. It looks amazing!!"

"On this last visit Scott Barnhill worked on our irrigation system and drainage. This had been his 6th visit or so to our property and we are very pleased with him. Each visit lasts about 5 hours for which we are charged $250.00 and he performs a great variety of services. We have had him repair plumbing leaks, install grab bars in tiled showers, install sink popups, correct improper wiring in outlets, install GFI outlets, trace wiring circuits and hang large and heavy pictures/paintings in addition to replacing the garage wall unit for the irrigation system, digging up and replacing irrigation heads and crawling under my house to investigate drainage issues. His ability to perform so many different tasks in a professional and courteous manner at reasonable rates makes him a very desirable service provider.

"Coastal Home Designs and Repair LLC is an incredible company and Project Leader, Brody is absolutely amazing. His knowledge of every aspect of house construction is incredible. He completed the job perfectly, in a timely manner, was careful working in our home and cleaned up everything before leaving. Brody is an extremely honest, personable and skilled handyman. "The company called me immediately to give me a quote regarding the job I needed done (mailbox repair). The mailbox was repaired the next day. Excellent communication, keep me updated about the work and confirmed that the job was done with a photo of before and after. The company is very accommodating. I needed major front and back yard maintenance, I asked them for help and the work was done within a few days of the request and was done impeccably. Again, they confirmed the job was done with a before and after photo. Very pleasant and uncomplicated company. I will be calling them for any job I may need."

"Rick Gould provides on-time service at a competitive price. He is professional, does excellent work, and identified and fixed pre-existing problems with the floor that he found after removing the carpet. He has also done other jobs for me including repair of sliding screen door and front door and updated faucet and toilet connectors with the same excellent level of work. I will definitely hire him again when I need work to be done."

"Excellent work. I am very pleased. I will hire them back again."

"Anthony and brendon were great. We were extremely pleased with the somewhat difficult job of removing a very solid octagon from the ceiling of our kitchen.
