"I am very unhappy with the entire experience. The work was started without my authorization while I was not at home. The work was not done exactly the way I would have preferred. The owner, or whoever he was (Wes) called me at work to let me know that the work was completed and to collect payment. I went ahead and paid. Then, when I arrived home later that afternoon, I found that the workers had left my yard in a complete and total mess. They didn't even bother to fill in the trenches that they dug to install the sprinkler lines. I found one of the sprinklers down inside the trench below ground level. I never should have paid for this project without inspecting the job after it was completed. That is a mistake that I will never make again. Lesson learned! I do not recommend Ballard's Septic Tank Service LLC."
