"I have been with them for a long time, but I do not like the trend that I am seeing. Their coverage is starting to be less and less. They are quick, and they will respond. The quality of what they do is good, just getting them to do it is the problem. Its more out of pocket than it use to be. I didn't like last time, I had a repair done on an air conditioner. The out of pocket was much as when I had the entire air conditioner replace. I asked how much did they pay the contractor. I asked if I paid them, and they didn't. That set me off. That is how I felt. I can't confirm it, and it gave me a feeling there was something shady going on. It was them or their contractor's that didn't do something by board. What I am hearing around no one is any better."

"I had my bath room toilet pipe bust overnight. I woke up around 4 in the morning and I was standing in almost ankle deep water through most of my house. Gave your company a call and they were very prompt with instructions on what to do while waiting on them the show up, and they arrived within the hour(on a Sunday I might add) and was able to suck up all the water and leave dehumidifiers before any further damage occurred. Even though the situation was hectic, they were able to provide a pleasant service. It happened about 3 weeks ago, since then they have called and checked on me and and have continued to make sure no mold has been growing in my drywall.
