Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. The entire team that worked on our property was obviously very skilled and took pride in their work. They took extra steps and time to make sure that gardens and landscaping surrounding the house was carefully protected during the tear-off process. That being said, they did work very quickly! "Tony and his team did an awesome job! We needed our side door steps replaced. I really didn't think it would be much more than just replacing the rotting wood planks with new wood. Boy was I wrong. Tony explained everything that would need to be done in order to pass a city inspection. He replaced the steps, the deck, the posts, and the railings. It wasn't until everything was replaced that I realized how poorly they were done before. Wow! Everything came out looking & feeling incredible. Tony and his team were so helpful by explaining everything that needed to be done throughout the process. He gave us different price & material options for everything. His team even added little customizations that we wouldn't have thought to add. His prices were reasonable. They finished the job reasonably fast; even in bad weather conditions. Plus, Tony and his team were extremely respectful and friendly to me and my family. I will DEFINITELY hire his company to do any future remodeling and repairs that come up."

"The work was good. Had it notated on work estimate to have gate low enough so my little dog couldn't escape. It was a little higher than I wanted, but so far my dog has not been able to get out.

"Sam did a great job on the basement, it looks fantastic. He has good attention to detail and is very responsive via text message. Sam came up with a plan that we approved but then once the demolition was complete, we had to change the plan to replace the sewer pipes. There were also low-hanging steel beams and lots of vents that made the basement remodel a challenge. 
Sam used subcontractors for some of the work but he would come and inspect periodically to see how they were doing. The City inspectors were also a challenge to work with and Sam had to stay on them to get them to come and actually do the inspections, but it finally all got done in the end. 
While the project was expensive, (especially with the unforeseen plumbing issues) I think we got a great value for our money. Sam is a nice guy and is easy to work with as new things are discovered and have to be accommodated during a remodeling project.

"This provider did a great job and completed it in one day.   The replacement window is double paned and a large improvement over the prior window.   The "earth well"  on the outside has been redone with timbers per my request and appears to be tight and durable. My only comment to the contrary is that there was considerably more dust than I anticipated and a small ladder was not placed in the outside "earth well".

"Tyler did a great job painting. He also removed an old wallpaper border. Can't even see where the old border was! Nice clean cut in around trim and ceiling. Cleaned up after himself and arrived in time."
