He arranged to have an electrician complete the work the next day. The work included installation of a new duct transition that was not in the original scope, which was done at no charge. West Mechanical also sent a Supervisor the day after the work was completed to verify that the work was done to my satisfaction. Although I was unsatisfied earlier, I recognize that not every job will go as planned and I have been very impressed by how West Mechanical has responded. I would not hesitate to use them in the future."
