"While we have no problem with Grant, he is a nice person, but out of 11 windows his company installed, 4 donâ  t close properly, and 1 the vapor seal is broken & the window is all steamed up. We have called Grant 3 or 4 times over the past couple years, heâ  s come out, checked windows and promised to take care of them. He has not returned and these windows are leaking cold air. We are not very disappointed because we expected better service from him."

Sadly, the project manager got into a car accident on the phone with me and the installation crew cut the fiber optic internet cable to my house and then tried to hide it by tucking it into the siding. While I’m ultimately happy with the result, I’d be cautious next time I need major work done."
