He explained that while they offer excellent warranty I am better off with an older model if I don't have any problems. "Shaun and Steve from Boevaag Plumbing called/texted to let me know that they were running ahead of schedule. This worked out great and they were able to start about an hour before the estimated starting time. On an outside spigot that was leaking Shaun showed me how one nut just needed tightening. Leak gone. I had a valve that ran to the kitchen refrigerator. I assume this valve was likely added by the previous homeowner, as it was unfortunately placed after the shutoff valve for one of the outside spigots (so when I shut it off for the winter, no water to the fridge). I had them move the refrigerator valve (they put in a new one) before the outside shutoff valve. A shutoff valve for another outside spigot wouldn't fully shut off. They replaced both of the shutoff valves with much better handle valves (rather than the knob valves that were there). The pipes to the water softener needed to be tweaked to line up with the new softener. They did that, hooked up the new softener, ran it though all of its cycles and showed me how to use it. Shaun also gave me advice on maintaining the unit. The main waste pipe had a joint that had failed, Steve and Shaun replaced the necessary pieces and everything looks nice and sealed once again. The guys took a little under three hours to get my long list of items accomplished. They were both professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt the price charged was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Boevaag Plumbing and will most certainly use them again."

"During a recent rainstorm, we checked our panel box and found that we had water sitting on and leaking around our breakers. We called and Randys responded promptly. Tom was thorough, professional, and friendly. He identified several areas where water was getting in and discussed with us the hazards of corroded breakers (and they were clearly corroded), water sitting on the breakers, and the potential remedies. We decided to replace the entire panel plus the leaking box that held the meter and Tom worked to expidite the extensive project for the next day. Project included shut off of power for entire day with Tom and Nick in and out of the house all day replacing outside box and inside panel with as little disruption to us as possible. Tom kept us updated on progress, encouraged our questions and welcomed our checking in on the work as it progressed. It was as pleasant as a day with workers in and out of your house could be. Plus, since the power was already out and they were here all day, we had asked to add in some of those small electric projects in the house that often never get done. They completed all of them including some undercabinet lighting in a snack area which looks fantastic. Cant stress enough how professional and respectful of our home they were."

"Don was wonderful to work with. He did a great job getting my Main shutoff replaced. But when we turned the water back on no water was coming thru. That's when we discover a section of galvanized pipe. So Don also unexpectedly replace a section of my waterline for me which solved the problem but did add more to the price. But it was well worth it. I got my bad water shut off fixed and with that section of pipe replaced I now have 3x better water presser in my home. "Our water heater had been leaking. I contacted Dean’s Home Services on Thursday AM 3/5/2026. Their representative Mike Washburn arrived that afternoon. He discussed our options, and we chose a Bradford White water heater. Mike arranged for an install the next day and disconnected the old water heater. At 8:00 AM the next day installers Cody Washburn and Sebastian arrived. The new water heater was installed in an hour and a half. The old heater removed and cleanup completed. We had hot water in less than 24 hours after our original call. Mike, Cory and Sebastian were very helpful and professional. We could not be happier!"
