In spring/summer 2023, we obtained 4 bids for the project, not only for the cost difference, but also to determine who we would have a good working relationship with. Buck was very knowledgeable, kept all appointments, answered all our questions, and always got back to us in a timely manner. This was not the case with some of the companies. Surprisingly, the estimates were all close, but the decision was an easy one for us, and we were not disappointed. We are very happy with the completed project. "We had storm damage on our 1950's rambler--the roof/gutters/siding all needed to be replaced. This was complicated when lead was found in the paint of our redwood siding. We had several contractors come out, assess the damage and then never responded again. When Rick's came out to give us a quote, they were on time, gave us a fair, clear quote and met with our insurance adjuster to make sure the adjuster understood the complexity of the project and the potential cost.
