"Brian called me the Sunday evening before the Monday job to confirm the appointment time and remind me of what to do to prepare, and then called me again the next day before coming. He worked hard in a small bathroom in what I consider tough conditions to be sure we ended up with a brand new looking bathtub. You d never know there were deep gouges/holes in the tub where he did the repair. The price was reasonable for the work he did. I highly recommend Brian and Tub Solutions."

"The workers were prompt and professional. The tub looks great. Unfortunately, it's no longer completely smooth and there are dozens of scratchy areas, so it's not comfortable to take a bath in. The guys also did a terrible job recaulkling the tub. I had recently recaulked the tub myself, but when they resealed the tub they had to do new caulking. There are multiple spots where caulk is missing now. I called to ask them to come fix it, but while they initially agreed to send someone out, it has been several weeks and they are not answering their phone or returning calls. This is completely unprofessional and now I have to pay someone else to finish the job that they couldn't do properly. I wouldn't recommend them unless you just want he visual effect of reglazing for a quick sale."

"My teenager left an undiluted cleaning solution on too long in the bathtub. It ate away at the porcelain causing rust and even parts of the porcelain to chip off. I thought I was going to have to refinish the entire tub. Brian at Miracle Method talked me down off my ledge and told me that if the damage was only done to the bottom of the tub they could put down a non-skid surface and cover the damage for a fraction of the cost of refinishing an entire tub. Charles showed up and completed the work in just an hour. It looks brand new. You can only see the scratches if you know what you are looking for. Great work!"

"These guys were great! I need to have my bathtub stripped and refinished. I called them on a Monday afternoon and they showed up the same day and got everything done. The price was much lower than other companies, but the work was very high quality. I've had bathtubs refinished through other companies that cost several hundred dollars more. The stripping and refinishing cost $350. I ended up paying them $400 because of the great job they did. I will definitely call them again when I need any tub or tile work."

"The information provided on the first phone call was detailed on the process of re-glazing and the prices. Work started promptly and was finished in about 3 1/2 hours. The bathtub looks new again. The man who did the work was very professional. I did have to call them due to some sharp points on the non-slip surface, however, they came back out in a couple of days to buff out the points and re-apply a coat to the bottom of the tub.
