Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

The work team let us know exactly when they would begin work and arrived right on time. The flooring and carpet removal as well as laying the new hardwood was completed in one day. The sanding and refinishing took two days for the final coat of finish and sanding. They did a good job of keeping the dust contained and cleaning up after the job.
