"Had strange problem lost a set of lights and a couple kitchen outlets however other outlets in kitchen worked and other sets of lights worked? However Omar returned my Angi inquiry from the night before that morning and was able to come by early afternoon. He diagnosed the problem in this ancient house and was able to make the necessary repairs. We will use him again. Very satisfied with both Angi and The Weekend Project!!"

Panel Upgrade, Electrical for Addition or Remodel - Install - For Business, All exterior lighting and power
"Hired them for a panel upgrade. Easy to work with, communicative, and offered a fair price. they took care of permits and inspections, helped recommend someone to take care of the stucco and stopped by to install a tarp in case it rained before the inspection. Passed inspection without any problems. really appreciate their hard work and the time they took to walk me thru the install process and inspections"

Electrical
"Christian was great to work with. I hired him to install an EV charger at my home. It was challenging because the electric panel was on the exact opposite side of the house from my driveway, and I was concerned about how the installation would look aesthetically with having to run wire to the EV charger. Christian walked me through the options and installed the new wiring in the best possible, most unobtrusive way, going the extra mile to work in the crawlspace beneath the house to minimize any exterior wires. He was upfront with costs, communicated clearly throughout the project, and was easy to work with. I highly recommend Christian for any electrical project."

A truly skilled, well-equipped professional with a truck full of parts that charges $100 an hour can be a much wiser choice than an inexperienced hack, working with inadequate tools and no parts, but charging much less. Often, more experienced professionals get the job done quickly with warrantied work.
2. Compare Travel ChargesRates reflect travel times. Travel charges can have a big impact on your costs and are in some ways easier to compare than hourly rates. Many electricians spend a third or more of their time navigating traffic on their way to a jobsite. Every contractor must find a way to pay for the expense of driving each day.
3. Bundle Repair Jobs TogetherWhen you feel it’s time to call a pro, review your list and then conduct a mini-inspection of your home. Look for faulty switches and dysfunctional or crowded outlets. When the electrician comes, you’ll save money and time by getting everything taken care of at once.
