"Greg did a wonderful job with replacing our water heater and now works well and looks good. He was able to come in the next day after getting a quote from him. It did take him a whole day just because he didn’t have his helper. Otherwise, good service!"

"I called Jose out of the blue. Actually, I contacted him on Nextdoor after seeing a positive review. I attempted to do my own plumbing and left my house. A disaster with no water. Jose did not hesitate to come over and fix everything in 4 1/2 hours, he was polite and encouraging. He wouldâ ve been done In 2.5 hrs had not needed to fix the mess I made. He was fairly priced and this was on Labor Day. I have already hired him for my next project."

"Courteous and professional. Christian kept us updated on progress and gave options to make access to future faucet repair easier. Highly recommend!"

"Title: Exceptional, trustworthy plumbing — highly recommended Galactic Mechanical & Plumbing exceeded every expectation. After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Jordan was professional, efficient, and honest; Megan in the office was courteous and helpful. As a longtime local with two homes, I’m already planning to use Galactic as my go-to plumber. Highly recommend them for reliable, respectful, and skilled service. Thank you, Jordan."

"They had great communication with me and were very polite. They even gave me the cell number of the estimator to work out the details of a modified cost estimate. They were extremely fast and efficient in getting out to the Futura House and getting me a cost estimate as well as replacing the hot water heater. If you want work done fast and complete, this is the company you want to use."

"I would recommend them. He also made some recommendations and observations I was not aware of about how my furnace was installed. I haven't done anything to confirm or correct that. I think he was very knowledgeable. Their price was very reasonable."

"Christian Dupree arrived early . He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. He checked all parts and was able to determine the problem in a timely fashion. He purchased the part needed and did an excellent job. He is an exemplary worker and I will keep his name for any future plumbing jobs that I may have. He was so kind and explained what he was doing and why."

"The job was complicated as I was switching from gas to an on-demand electric water heater. John explained everything to me very thoroughly. The electrician followed promptly, and so did the estimate. Four guys spent most of the day at my house, two electricians and two plumbers. Despite a couple glitches they stuck with the job, troubleshot, and did not leave until my unit was up and running and I had hot water in all my faucets. I will definitely think of them first with my next job."

"Had a plumber come fix my girlfriend plumbing which it needed fixing for a while gave a call to Wright Flow Plumbing came out and fixed it. Yes it was difficult be he never did complain or anything. Well mannered and professional. We talked and joked around while working on the plumbing. And got the job done. I would recommend Wright Flow Plumbing to any one.
