"We purchased an old single family and hired Geffroy for treating drywood termite and fungus, repairing damaged wood members, straightening the structure posts in the scrawl space and replacing a few ventilation screens. Geffroy is absolutely great. He came to our house for a pretty thorough free inspection including going under the scrawl space. He gave a very competitive bid compared to the bid we got from HomeGuards. He was very professional and patient and explained a lot of things to me (a first time home owner knows pretty much nothing). We decided to hire him on Friday. To our pleasant surprise, Geffroy was able to meet our time constraints and came to work on our house over the weekend (one day after we made our decision).
