"Atco Pest was recommended to be my a fellow Realtor, as i was searching for a reputable Pest company to clear pest issues in my Seller's home so that the loan would go through. Be sure to have Atco come out to give a quote. They can read an Inspection Report, but definitely have them come onsite to give a quote since there can often times be necessary items that aren't shown in the Inspector's report.
