"Garage door spring replaced August of last year. Called this morning (Jan. 2018) and woman denied having any record of my prior sale/repair/purchase, said "they do not work for private individuals." Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. (Fine - happy to move on....no need for rude service providers.)"

They always showed up on time every morning (it was a 10 day job). They worked throughout the day. They were great at making sure to seal off the work areas so they didn’t make a big mess & they cleaned up after themselves. Friendly crew, felt comfortable having them in my house.
