"My experience with Omar Guerra ( GUERRA SERVICES, LLC) was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!! Out of the 4 people I called/left a vm message - He was the ONLY one who called me back and/or right away. He was VERY PROFESSIONAL And INFORMATIVE, He told me everything he was doing during the repair process, come to find out I had a HUGE BLOCK OF ICE in my fridge and he explained to me how that can prevent air flow causing the fridge to not cool properly. He then ran some other diagnostics and such, checked the coils as well (which he cleaned as well) etc. He cleaned the water line pipe as well. My overall service was AMAZING and for a GREAT PRICE TOO!!!! "I actually had two different services- one was the $29 service call deal, to see why my dryer wasn't working properly. He said that the vent probably needed to be cleaned, because it was heating up, but not drying. He said if it's not that, then the dryer might need to be replaced, since it would be an expensive repair (and my dryer is 10 years old). So I bought the $69 vent cleaning deal, and they came out the next day. Both men were very professional and polite, and the man who cleaned the vent. also made sure to clean up the dust on the floor. My dryer is now working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier! I would definitely use them in the future.
