"A perfect experience, from start to finish. Everybody that I interacted with was courteous, professional, and friendly, and went out of their way to satisfy my requests. Especially Michael, my estimator and main point of contact. But also the installation crews. But this became an ordeal: the manufacturer’s instructions were confusing, the local dealers did not sell them, and online dealers charged exorbitant freight.
