Tyson diagnosed the issues and not only gave me multiple scenarios I could choose from but made me comfortable in my decision. As soon as I made a decision and asked about next steps, he not only told me every step but accurately broke it down to how much time it would take. I was worried because if he missed his projected window I would not make my virtual meeting for work.
