"I hired Leonard based on his excellent ratings. I needed him to install a new toilet and a new bathroom faucet in the master bath (both that I provided). Upon completion of the project, I noticed the sink chipped around the drain. Leonard said he had problems getting the old drain ring out. I'm left with an unsightly sink in an already old vanity that was, before this in great shape for it's age. (I was planning on selling the house without updating the bathroom. What was previously a dated, but nice looking sink and vanity, is now an UNSIGHTLY dated sink and will have to be replaced before selling. His repair cost will multiply several times now). The toilet was replaced, but later when sitting on it, the new toilet was installed so that there was space between the bare floor and the rear of the toilet (the empty space where the old toilet sat on the bare floor without linoleum). So now the toilet rocks back and forth between linoleum and bare floor. This could have been resolved by Leonard simply asking me if it's ok to cut out the linoleum where the new toilet will sit so the setting is flush. Thirty six hours later, my wife tells me that all the towels below this sink are wet, the new faucet install is leaking. So I have to call Leonard and get him out to fix the leak and shim the toilet so it doesn't rock. With all his great ratings, I'm sure my experience is simply a bad day for Leonard...but I can't recommend him to others. Both issues should not have occurred. Leonard was very nice to deal with and prompt with appointments."
